Oil on canvas, signed in the lower right corner and mounted in an ornate gilded frame. Dimensions are 16.5 in h x 24 in w x 2.75 in d. Condition is very good. Slight discoloration. Andrew Millrose o/c Grazing Sheep: A framed oil on canvas by Andrew Millrose (!9th c, probably British) of a landscape with grazing sheep. Mill building in background under a tree. Provenance: Robert A Goldstein. Size: stretcher is 24" X 16", frame is 26.5" X 18.5". CONDITION: Surface is dirty and needs cleaning, 1.5" long tear with associated abrasion in the tree at center left. Some loss of gilding to frame.

Frame has damage and signs of age in multiple areas. This lot has a reserve.
