b. 1970 -

Jeannie is a Papunya artist now living in Kintore & Kiwikura. Her husband Kanya Tjapangardi is a world renown artist from the Western Desert & specifically Kiwikura. Jeannie began painting in the late 1990's encouraged by her husband Kanya. She inherited her stories from her grandmother & birth mother, Nungarri Nungurrayi (now deceased).

Paintings of women gathering berries, seeds and tubers as well as water sources and rockholes, often dried up in what is a very harsh desert existence.
