      Watercolor on paper appears to be a Span Am or WWI era Battleship likely the USS Maine being sunk. Battle damage clearly painted to ship. Signature is the same as Geo Newcomb artist from New Hampshire. Sight measures 8-1/4" x 12-3/8" and overall with frame measures 13" x 17" x1" Colors are still bold. Several minor paper nicks. Displays well.

Found with Bataille Muse papers. 2 5/8" L x 2 1/8" W x 1/4" D. Good condition, case lid off but present.
