          JESSIE OONARK (Canadian/Inuit, 1906-1985) "Power of Thought" 1976 -Limited edition silkscreen on rag paper, 53/58. Signed, titled, dated and editioned lower right. Baker Lake stamp lower right. Unframed. 22 x 30 inches. Very good condition, some handling marks noted, some creases and .5-cm tears at the paper edges (well outside of the image area). This print has appeared in many exhibitions and publications, including the 2004 exhibition "Power of Thought - The Art of Jessie Oonark" at the Fowler Museum of UCLA (Los Angeles), and it is the cover image of the 2001 book "Power of Thought - The Prints of Jesse Oonark" published by University of Richmond Museums.
