He was adopted in the spring of 1954 and became an American citizen at the age of 5. Orr's vivid paintings document the many different aspects of the American landscape. He is one of the founders of the national Oil and Acrylic Painter's Society and has contributed material to numerous artistic publications. Orr continues to paint and observe daily the landscape around him. Measuring approx 32.5" h x 42.5" w. Good condition as shown, light dust soil, see photos for details.

Working primarily from sketches made on location, he creates finished paintings that capture the essence and tranquility of the scene.
