George is a printmaker & painter as well as a sculptor. He lived in Ohio, Texas and Colorado before moving to Arizona. He has served on the Collections Committee for the West Valley Art Museum in 1990, helping to evaluate art donations to the collection. He was hired as Assistant Curator in 1992, and Curator in 1993. He left Arizona for Colorado after 6 years, and returned to the museum as Administrative Assistant in 2003.
