      Jarvin Parks (American/ Georgia, d.1967). A collection of two original prints of Egyptian-esque sculptures, the medium appearing to be a print in the negative of an original black ink on white paper drawing, both signed within matrix lower left. Collection comprises of one vertically oriented print depicting a sculpture having large cat body resting on haunches, with wings to shoulders and the head of a woman at top facing forward, with a geometric background, framed approximately 17 1/2" x 14 3/4", sight size approximately 10 5/8" x 7 1/4"; and a horizontally oriented depiction of a sculpture to a flat plane having the resting body of a large cat with the arms, torso, and head of a woman, with outlined columnar forms to background, framed approximately 14 3/4" x 17 5/8", sight size approximately 8 1/2" x 11 5/8".

Original figural pen and ink sketch depicting a man in neckerchief, button down vest, jacket and pleated pants holding a pair of spectacles or glasses in an interior in front of a paneled door. Framed approximately 15.5" x 12" Unframed 11" x 7.6". Note: Jarvin Lee Parks was an Atlanta artist and poet whose work is represented in High Museum of Art. He grew up in Tennessee and later attended the Atlanta Art Institute in the early 1950s--the school was one of the central facets to the city's artistic community.
