A large Epxressionist-style oil on canvas by Stanley E Pasay (1955-1997) titled "Major's Farm" showing a staditional New England farmhouse nestled in a Cezannesque landscape including a mountain peak. Signed "Stanley Pasay" in the lower right and dated 1981. Provanance: collection of Albert J Raman. Mr Raman had a long friendship with the artist and we have a collection of letters from Pasay, including some references to this work. Stretcher: 47.5" X 40.5" Frame 49" X 42".
