Bezverkhnev Fedir Pavlovich – was born on October 13, 1918 in the Kaverzin village, Russia. Graduated from the Arkhangelsk Military Engineering School (1943), the N. Krupskaya Moscow Art Studio (1946). He worked in the field of landscape and still life. Honored Master of Folk Art of the Ukrainian SSR (1980). Member of the creative association "Paints of the Carpathians" (1978).

He served in the army (1939-1961). He worked as director of the Transcarpathian Regional Art Fund (1963-1965), head of the personnel department of the “Uzhgorodpribor plant” (1965-1981). Participated in exhibitions since 1950, personal (more than 10). Major works: "Defenders of the Brest Fortress" (1953), "Parents' House" (1961), "Loyalty" (1962), "Favorite Flowers" (1969), "Heavy Bread" (1971), "Living Water" (1979), "Over the River" (1982), "Poetry of Flowers" (1985), "Spring in the Carpathians" (1987), "Thanks to the Sun" (2001). The works are kept in the Uzhgorod Museum of Local Lore, museums in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Slovakia, Hungary. The artist died in 2015.
