LOTTO DI POLAROID E VOLUME DI ANDY WARHOL (Pittsburgh 1928 - New York 1987) e DINO PEDRIALI (Roma 1950 - 2021) il lotto è costituto da una Polaroid Big Shot Camera di Andy Warhol, una foto Polaroid e collage di Dino Pedriali, 'Autoritratto del XXI', 2014, cm. 11,5 x 12,5, ed un volume di Andy Warhol al Museo d'Arte Moderna 'Vittoria Colonna' di Pescara del 2007, con firma e dedica del fotografo del 2010. PROVENIENZA Collezione Tristano Pedriali, Venezia Nel corso degli anni Dino Pedriali ha utilizzato la Polaroid ricevuta in dono da Andy Warhol scattando innumerevoli fotografie. La fotografia compresa nel lotto è un Autoritratto del fotografo realizzato nel 2014 attraverso un collage di frammenti di diverse polaroid che ritraggono gli occhi del fotografo e riprendono il meccanismo della ripetizione di Andy Warhol. Sulla foto compare anche la famosa Cambpell's Soup e la scritta 'Andy Warhol Factory's People 27.4.2014', completa dei timbri ad impronta di Dino Pedriali Autentica su foto di Tristano Pedriali con timbro di Dino Pedriali e iscrizione: 'Mio Padre ha conosciuto Andy Warhol nel 1973, quando lavorava nella Galleria 'Il Fauno' di Torino, con e di Luciano Anselmino. Nel 1975 Andy Warhol è venuto in Italia in occasione dell'inaugurazione della mostra 'Ladies and Gentlemen', organizzata dallo stesso Anselmino al Palazzo dei Diamanti a Ferrara. In quella occasione mio padre realizzò il famoso lavoro 'Andy Warhol. Viaggio in Italia' e Warhol e gli regalò la Polaroid che spesso compare nello stesso lavoro'.

Warholl?] [sic] / [Bone?] 25 / PW 4,7,6; in blue ink: 74. Dino Pedriali (b. 1950) is an Italian photographer; he currently lives and works in Rome. In 2004, on the occasion of the retrospective "Portraits and Nudes - Photographs by 1974/2003" the art critic Peter Weiermair defined Pedriali as the "Caravaggio of photography of the 20th century," referring in particular to the nude genre. Pedriali is the Caravaggio of Photography not only in his way of depicting, photographing, and staging the naked body of his models, but also for his unique adoption of a genre in which the great painter excelled: still-life painting, which established itself as a genre of its own in the 17th century, favored by the secular cultural revolution and a new artistic orientation of which Caravaggio was a leading figure. Pedriali's lens captured people off the street and remarkable men such as Segal, Giacomo Manzu, Giorgio De Chirico, Federico Zeri, Marcel Carne, Rama, Alberto Moravia, Federico Fellini, Rudolf Nureyev, Andy Warhol, Man Ray, and Pier Paolo Pasolini, the latter photographed at his home in Chia in 1975 for the book Oil shortly before his tragic murder.
