Tia Ernestina Peltz (born January 30, 1923 , Bucharest , March 5, 1999 , Bucharest ) was a graphic artist, painter and Romanian writer of mosaic religion , a member of the Union of Fine Artists in Romania . She was the daughter of the writer and journalist Isac Peltz . He studied plastic arts at the "Nicolae Grigorescu" Institute of Fine Arts in Bucharest. His artistic work includes paintings, graphics, drawings and book illustrations. Prolific artist Tia Peltz has had numerous personal exhibitions and exhibitions, both in Romania and abroad. Part of his works are exhibited in museums such as the National Art Museum in Bucharest and the Craiova Art Museum, other works being in private collections. Tia Peltz made a series of doctrines of Romanian culture personalities such as Isac Peltz , Nicolae Tonitza , MH Maxy , Gala Galaction , Ionel Teodoreanu , Camil Petrescu , Cezar Petrescu and Leny Caler .


Drawable and prolific designer, possesses an unmistakable stylistic seal: laconism, humor, detail bored like a sweet-tipped spin (...) Inspired by his graphic creation of aspects of the street of modern Bucharest, Tia Peltz comes close to empathy, especially for moments of joy and party of social life. His fast, equal, firm and sinuous lineage follows the expression and not the identity of the characters. The playful, Arabic, form form is complemented by a special plasticity of watercolor neutral stains that fill the space without competing with the line.
