      DESCRIPTION: Ida Marie Perrault (Michigan, 1872-1929). Oil on board. Signed upon the lower left "I. Marie Perrault 1898". Painting depicts two children by a fire. Gold frame. Born in Detroit, she went abroad to Holland (1905-1911) and mainly painted children. Perrault also completed a diorama for the Children's Museum in Detroit. The Detroit Art Museum had an art exhibition of her paintings/sketches in October, 1911. MEASUREMENTS: 7" x 5-1/2". Overall in frame 22" x 20". CONDITION: Not examined out of the frame. Wear to frame.
