Some toning, few edge chips to leaves at ends, upper joint cracked, edges rubbed, tear at end of spine. First edition, unofficial issue, one of 150 copies printed. This copy de-accessed from the Library of Congress with associated markings, including the LOC bookplate. Includes "two plates of very great Hawaiian interest" (Forbes 1712). Haskell, p 33.
