Stefan Plenkers Art for Sale and Sold Prices

Stephan Plenkers studied from 1967 to 1972 at the College of Fine Arts Dresden as a student of Gerhard Kettner and Günter Horlbeck. The later artist friendships to the same age Rainer Zille, Joachim Böttcher and Veit Hofmann had their beginning here. His freelance work he took in 1973 in Bad Muskau, went in 1974 to Cottbus (brisk artistic exchange with Hans Scheuerecker and Dieter Ladewig), before he settled again the following year and in the long term at his place of study Dresden. From 1980 to 1982 he was a master student at Kettner.
