Andrzej Pluta is a noted fine art photographer with almost thirty years of international experience. After studying in art photography school as a young man, he left his native Poland in 1970 and eventually settled in Canada where he worked as an editorial fashion photographer. In the 1980s Pluta briefly lived in Los Angeles and produced photographs for album covers, fashion advertisements and for celebrities. He is most acclaimed for his complex lighting technique in his depictions of flowers. He has had over twenty exhibitions held in New York at Steuben Gallery. His works have also been included in Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus private sales, and are held in many public and private collections worldwide, notably in the collection of Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal of Saudi Arabia and actress Susan Sarandon.
