A Collection of Three Panoramic Photographs of Sydney bound in one volume, each folding leperello fashion into contemporary half black morroco boards with gilt lettering on cover. 7-PART PANORAMA OF THE CITY & HARBOUR OF SYDNEY. Albumen prints from collodion glass negatives, individual image size, approx. 250 x 274mm, flush mounted onto card and folding into 3 parts with linen backed joints, titled in the negative 5-PART PANORAMA OF SYDNEY LOOKING EAST FROM TOWER OF CENTRAL POST OFFICE. From the left the first landmark is the Lands Department, looking out over the harbour to Admiralty House, Kirribilli in the distance. Fort Denison and Farm Cove can be seen, with Garden Island beyond the Domain; and the Sydney Heads on the horizon. Pitt, House and St Stephen's Spire in the centre then looking over St James Church to Hyde Park and St Mary's Cathedral with the suburbs of Woolloomooloo, Darlinghurst beyond.
