Sta-Brite upholstery label on back cushion of chair. Wear, wrinkling, creases, scuffs, small tears, and marks throughout leather of upholstery. Wear to wood and finish on arms of chair. Small crack to wood on seat base on chair's left side. Scratches to wood on chair's left front leg. Nicks, marks, and scuffs to wood throughout all feet of chair. From a Brooklyn, NY estate, originally purchased from Powell's studio in New Hope, PA. 31" W x 35 1/2" D x 32 1/4"H (with cushion 36 7/8" H). Sta-Brite Upholstery label on underside. Scratches, marks, creasing, wear and losses to leather on seat pads of armchair and ottoman. Marks, scuffs, nicks and scratches to wood on legs of armchair and ottoman. Chip and loss to wood on chair's right back foot. Scratches, nicks and marks to wood along arms of chair. Small chip and loss to wood on edge of chair's left arm. White scuff to back on top rail of chair. Scuffs and wear to wood on back of top rail. Staining to seat webbing of armchair. Small tear to edge on one strip of webbing on armchair. From a Brooklyn, NY estate, originally purchased from Powell's studio in New Hope, PA. Armchair: 28 1/2" W x 26 1/4" D x 30" H. Arm height 20", seat height 11 1/2"H (with cushion 15 1/2"). Ottoman: 22 7/8" W x 211/2" D x 15 1/2" H with cushion. 30 lbs total.
