Anna Rodzinska Art for Sale at Auction

b. 1933 -

Born on April 3, 1933 in Vilnius to the family of forest engineer Eugeniusz and teacher Wanda née Rubach-Rubkiewicz. Polish sculptor artist, author of, among others monument of the Poznan Army.

Until 1939, she stayed in the forester's lodge on Narocza, and then in Bialystok. Her mother died in 1944. Then she moved with her father and younger brother Ryszard to Krosno. She graduated from high school in Tarnów.

In the years 1952–1957 she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan in the studio of Bazyli Wojtowicz. From 1955, she was employed as an assistant in his studio. She went through all levels of her professional career at the Poznan university. In 1973 she became an assistant professor and then obtained the title of professor. Currently retired, but still works creatively.

From 1963, married to Józef Iwianski, an architect.

Repeatedly participated in the most important Polish and European exhibitions (among others in Brno, Berlin, Prague, Sofia, Bucharest, Hanover, Leipzig and Paris). Her works are in museum collections around the world.
