In a wood frame; 37" x 30.5" overall. Stamped verso: "From the Estate of Howard S. Sewall." Provenance: purchased in 2002 for $17,000 from The Sovereign Collection, Portland, Oregon. Sewall was a WPA artist and a student of Eliza Barchus, Clyde Leon Keller, Sidney Bell, and C.S. Price.
