(behind the frame lower left) and Robert Robinson (1795-1822), both half-length, in uniform crayon, coloured chalk and coloured washes on paper 26.5 x 22cm, a set of two Footnote: The sitters were the second and third sons of Lieutenant General Robinson of Denston (1757?-1819) by his wife the Hon. Rebecca Clive (d. 1795). As such, they were grandsons of "Clive of India".
