        Est: $1,000 - $1,200

Women's Edition/The Press. 1895.Known primarily for her seascapes and mural paintings, Sloan publicizes the "Thanksgiving Eve" edition of The Press' "Women's Edition" with theatrical classicism. And though it's impossible to say precisely what drama we're watching unfold before us, it appears as if it's taking place in a venue fond of displaying other works promoting The Press. Nicely voyeuristic and fashionably expressive. This, her only known poster, is quite rare today! MARIANNA SLOAN (1875-1954)
