Significant Czech sculptor and medallist, pupil of J. V. Myslbek at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. SPANIEL Otakar (13. 6. 1881 Jaromer - 12. 5. 1955 Prague) The President - In memoriam, five medals 1937 Matted silver, diameter 30, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm, signed O. Spaniel, dated 1937, Kremnice mint. Czech sculptor, pupil of J. V. Myslbek at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, he was a member of SVU Manes, and was appointed professor at the Academy of Arts and at the Academy of Decorative Arts in Prague.
