Written on the back is "Jeannette Swing Lewis, 1940, Shrimp Boats & St Augustine, Fla." The gilded frame measures 23 1/2" high by 27 1/2" wide. The painting measures 16" high by 20" wide. The frame has some chipping and cracks. The painting has yellowed with age. The total weight is 11 pounds.
