Hatzfeld, 18th century, Copperplate Technique: Copper engraving on paper Size: 33,6 x 21,4 cm, Depiction: 26,8 x 19,3 cm Condition: The paper has discolored according to its age and is stained at the edges. The right margin has some blemishes and a small hole at the bottom right. With creases over the upper left and lower right corner of the sheet and a smoothed crease horizontally over the middle of the sheet. Description: Frantz Adrian Prince von Hatzfeld was lord of the free estate of Trachenberg in Lower Silesia and was raised to the rank of prince by Frederick the Great. Rectangular framed knee, slightly to the left, in armour with wide ermine cloak, right hand on the helmet laid down on a ground ledge in front of a tree trunk.
