Very good condition.

SURFACE: in good condition UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: a large area of inpaint in center in the shape of an "L" on its side (about 3 by 6 in.) suggests a repaired tear; a smaller, vertical area, about 2 in. long at upper right corner (along right edge); a few small spots inpainting in sky area; much of lower right quadrant is under old varnish (this includes signature) We are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described in our catalogue.
