Description: From bottom left to top right, two plum trunks with flowering branches stretched out. Between them bamboo leaves are waving. The two plants belong to the Three Friends of Winter and symbolise the qualities of a nobleman. At the top right a two-column inscription in concept script. Signature: Er Shu. Seal: Tong Yu. Shu Shu Ju Shi. Frame/Pedestal: Mounted as hanging scroll. 202x54.5cm. On the outside title slip. Condition B/C. Foxing, some restoration, folded. Provenance: -Private collection Monaco. 童鈺（1721-1782）款 梅竹圖 清 18/19世紀 紙本水墨 立軸裝裱 畫面104x42cm 裝裱202x54.5cm 由畫面左側橫出兩只梅枝，縱橫交錯。枝椏上盛開朵朵梅花，梅枝間竹葉隨風搖曳。 梅、竹名列“歲寒三友”（松、竹、梅），在寒冬時節仍保持頑強的生命力，象徵中國傳統文化中高尚的人格，有清廉高潔之意，是文人畫作經久不衰的題材。 右上方草書詩文並署名「二樹」，兩方白文鈐印「童鈺之印」「樹樹居士」。包首題簽「童二樹墨梅立軸」。 童鈺，清代畫家。字璞巖，一字樹，又字二如、二樹，別號樹道人、梅道人、樹樹居士等，山陰（今浙江紹興）人。 品相等級B/C，摺痕，霉點，多處修復。 來源：摩納哥私人藏品。
