      Oil on cardboard Germany, 1913 Will Tschech (1891-1975) - German painter of the Düsseldorf School Signed and dated lower right ‘Tschech 13’ Dimensions: 30 x 44.7 cm Framed: 58 x 80.5 cm Very good condition Composition in loose, short brush strokes and bold colors by the Düsseldorf painter Will Tschech Condition: The oil painting is overall in very good condition. The image carrier is matted and framed showing only minimal signs of age and wear. The image dimensions are 30 x 44.7 cm, the framed dimensions 58 x 80.5 cm. Will Czech (1891-1975) Will Czech was born in Dusseldorf in 1891. He studied at the Düsseldorf Academy of Art under Eugen Dücker and August Deusser. He was a member of the group ‘Das Junge Rheinland’ and the ‘Rheinische Sezession’. His works are represented among others in the public art collections in Mannheim, Wuppertal as well as Helsinki and Malmo. Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance. Auctionata charges the resale rights tax pursuant to Section 26 of the German Copyright Act (UrhG) towards the buyer in case of the sale of an original work of art or photography prior to 70 years having lapsed since the death of their creator.
