A lovely collection of five lithographs and four pages of text from Louis van Houtte's "Flores de Serres et des Jardins de L'Europe," which was published by Horto van Houtteano (Portuguese for "van Houtte's garden"), Houtte's own printing press. The images include: "Blandfordia Flammea," "Aphelandra Porteana," "Rehmannia Glutinosa," "Thyrsacanthus Barlerioides," and "Dircaea Lobulata."
