      Tony Vanderperk (b.1944) Figural Abstract Intaglio etching on paper Signed and titled lower right. Tony Vanderperk was born in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and immigrated to America as a young boy. He received his BFA from the John Herron School of Art. He earned his MFA from Yale. .in 1976 was included in 'Fifty Years of American Printmaking' at the Brooklyn Museum. In the 1980's, he became known for his breakthrough minimal wall installations which were installed in private lofts in Soho and Tribeca. He has been a lecturer and adjunct assistant professor of art in New York at Hunter College, City University of New York, The New School, Parsons School of Design, and The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
