NOTE: Miguel Velez (aka "Cumbamba") was a hitman who worked for the Medellin Cartel and was eventually caught in 1986, after the assassination of Barry Seal (a drug pilot for the Colombian cartel turned informant for the FBI). In Angola Louisiana State Penitentiary, Velez began painting and even assisted in the mural of the prison chapel.
