Suzanne Watzman Art for Sale and Sold Prices

A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Suzanne's curiosity and sense of adventure have inspired her many travels to South Asia and neighboring countries. A six-month journey to Vietnam with her Vietnamese-born daughter Tamaryn became a seven-year residency.

While In Vietnam, Suzanne began to incorporate traditional materials and processes in her work. Her love of design and her entrepreneurial spirit blossomed, as she met local artists, artisans, and designers. Suzanne also found opportunities to support disadvantaged workshops by mentoring and training individuals in design and the sewing trades.

These experiences inspired her work and her desire to blend traditional materials with the contemporary, which became the basis of Tamaryn Design.

Now living in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Suzanne continues creating her products as well as working with her network of global artisans, blending the new and traditional to create products that are beautiful, useful and comfortable.
