        Signed in lower right corner. It has a great broadside poster on the backside (see pic). John Wenrich graduated from Mechanics Institute (which became part of Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York) in 1917. He did architectural renderings in New York City for a number of years, and was affiliated with such projects as Rockefeller Center and the 1939 New York World's Fair. Please ask specific questions on details, condition, and shipping prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, and the bidder will be responsible for payment.
