      Woodward (Alice B., 1862-1951). "Ten-Eleven-Twelve! Olga Sprang to the First Stone", orig. pen and ink drawing, with artist's monogram, image size approx. 200 x 125 mm, mounted, framed and glazed An illustration for "Eric Prince of Lorlonia or The Valley of Wishes" by the Countess of Jersey, published by Macmillan in 1895. It is reproduced as a full-page plate in the volume, facing p. 173, and is also utilised as the front cover decoration, blocked in black on the pink cloth. A good copy of the first edition of the book, with a total of eight plates by Alice B. Woodward, in slightly faded original cloth, with a presentation inscription by the Earl of Jersey, is included with this lot. (2)
