Stamford Auction is a full-service auction house providing everything from auction consignment at competitive commission rates to outright purchases. We offer both insurance and estate tax appraisals as well as satisfaction guaranteed “broom-sweep” cleanout services for estates. Stamford Auction’s flexibility allows us to conduct on-site auctions and tag sales.

Stamford Auction advertises throughout the entire Connecticut area extensively in the trade papers such as The Maine Antiques Digest, Antique Week, The Antiquer, The Antique Trader, and The Antiques and Arts Weekly (The Bee). Stamford Auction maintains a mailing list of more than 10,000 registered bidders and the recent addition of our full service website makes us accessible to a worldwide audience.

Our new online catalog and internet bidding allows our clients the ability to preview and bid from virtually anywhere at their convenience. Each auction attracts hundreds of bidders who have the option of telephone and absentee bidding, as well as live internet bidding.
