Waddington's has built a reputation of achieving great results for their sellers. In a November 2014 auction featuring 170 works of Canadian art, the auction drummed up $2.5 million in only 3 hours, setting five record prices. For example, bidding for a work of art by John Graham Coughtry titled Two Figure Series XIX, 1964 reached $129,800 after originally being estimated between $30,000- $50,000.
