1906 BALLSPENDE DANCE CARD 1906 Ballspende dance card, gilt metal easel back triptych frame with center silver medallion titled ''Industrie'' and showing a winged female holding a wreath and standing on an automobile. Signed H. Kautsch (Heinrich Kautsch, Austrian 1859-1943). Applied kid leather panels, wreath and enameled monogram. Embossed lettering ''Tages Arbeit'' (daily work) and ''Abend Gaste'' (evening guest)''Saure Wochen'' (sour weeks) ''Frohe Feste'' (glad feast)''25 Januar 1906''. Hinged side panels open to reveal four pasted paper prints of industrial and ball scenes, pale blue satin back with booklet inside easel. Cord, velvet tassel, hook, pencil, two velvet and two brass drops. Maker: August Klein K.v.K. Hoflieferant, Wien I., Graben Nr. 20. Size: 5 3/4'' x 4 1/4''. condition: small bend at top of frame, missing one silver wreath, tarnish and dirt.
