Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Edens Auctions, Inc.shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

Edens Auctions, Inc.will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Edens Auctions, Inc.is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Edens Auctions, Inc.or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Edens Auctions, Inc.will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Edens Auctions, Inc.reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Credit Cards ONLY. Checks and wire transfers are accepted with prior approval. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyers premium, taxes, if applicable, and shipment charges. You determine shipment method. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted.

As a convenience to our Buyers, Edens Auctions offers in-house packing of select items for online bidders. Rates for shipping are the actual shipping cost (UPS, Priority Mail, Regular Mail, Fed Ex or other as you specify) PLUS a packing, handling and delivery to shipper fee as follows: $10.00 for each small item and $20.00 for each large item less than 20 pounds. We will provide quotes for other items, including paintings and prints. No furniture will be packed by us. We will try to save you as much as possible on shipping. If items are packed by Edens, Buyer agrees by Bidding to hold Edens harmless for any and all loses. Each item shipped must be insured. All shipping services will be subject to all rules and regulations of the United States, as well as rules and regulations of foreign Countries for International shipments. No ivory, gold or jewelry will be shipped internationally. All custom fees shall be the responsibility of Buyer.
