Shipping Instructions: Your shipping is done by Rob Partners at the lowest cost possible including insurance. Therefore, your invoice total from us includes all shipping and insurance charges. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your won items as a general rule dependent upon where you live in the world. Most of our shipping leaves the United States East Coast.

IMPORTANT: There will accordingly be three line-item fees on your winning bidder invoice to note:

1.) Online Transaction Fee - 2.5% credit card processing and 2.5% online hosting management
2.) Shipping, Packing, and Handling - these are primarily based upon USPS shipping tables, box and packing material rates, and labor
3.) Insurance Coverage - this is to cover your prized possession in transit against damage, theft, or being lost

After payment for article and freight is paid, your purchase(s) will be shipped within two to seven days

Special Terms of Sale
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Rob Partners will attempt to describe the merchandise in its descriptions and photographs but makes no representations. In no event shall Rob Partners be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value & condition.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items being bid on and purchased. While Rob Partners endeavors to describe each item accurately, Rob Partners can not be responsible for any errors or omissions in that the description of the merchandise is provided by the consignor. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is. When bids are made, sales are final and no returns are accepted for any reason. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Rob Partners or its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction provider.

Shipping:
It can take 3-4 weeks to receive an item won at auction. Once paid, we work very hard to coordinate the logistics of getting the item into your possession but depending on the location of the merchandise relative to your own location this can take longer. It may be helpful for you to check into freight or shipping information for an item prior to placing a bid on it.

Shipping on small items (those items less than 2 feet in the longest dimension and weighing less than 40 lbs) is available. We automatically calculate shipping fees for one items following an auction. You may pay for our quote and we will handle on your behalf or you may arrange your own shipping. You may have this shipping fee removed from your invoice by simply emailing us and arranging your own pickup or delivery.

Larger items (those items larger than 24" or weighing more than 41 pounds) may need to be picked up locally or arrange for local pickup or your own freight using a service like uShip. We can help coordinate logistics but the primary responsibility for claiming your new possession(s) is on you, the winning bidder.

Art. 4a - For foreign buyers, the VAT collected may be refunded upon presentation of duly completed Swiss customs papers. To avoid administrative fees, reimbursement of VAT will only be allowed if the amount of the VAT is superior to 50CHF.
