1. All items are sold in their "as-is" condition. We do our best to accurately describe each item but it is the buyer's responsibility to review photographs and inquire for condition reports or to have any of his/her questions answered.

4. A buyer's premium of 19% is applied to all successful bids and is payable as part of the total purchase (14% imposed by Dotta Auction Company, Inc. and 5% for Invaluable/AuctionZip).

5. Buyers are required to pay PA sales tax on their total purchase unless the items are being shipped out of state or purchased for resale. In the case of resale, a properly executed PA Sales Tax Exemption Form shall be completed by the buyer and retained by the auction company. A copy of the buyer's Sales Tax License will be collected and all documentation is required before leaving your bid.

Charges will appear on your credit card statement in two parts: an initial charge for the hammer price plus buyer's premium and sales tax (if applicable), followed by a second charge for applicable shipping costs. Initial invoices will be emailed to winning bidders on the next business day following the end of the auction. Bidders are required to contact us within 24 hours with credit card information. Final receipts will be emailed after shipping and handling costs have been billed.
