A collection of four books by the great kabbalist Rabbi Emmanuel Hai Rikki author of Mishnat Chassidim - a book of kabbalah according to the kabbalah of the Ari, mentioned many times in chassidic books in general and in the books of Chabad in particular. 1. Mishnat Chassidim, published for the first time with the commentary Taam Atzu by Rabbi Pinchas Eliyahu of Vilna, author of Sefer Habrit. With important approbations, at the end is a long, folded leaf - a sketch of the Ilan Hakadosh. Printed in Krakow, 1889. Ownership stamp not in Hebrew, and ownership stamp: "Zvi Yehuda Posansky - [?] Jerusalem." [4], 99, [1] leaves. Slight stains, old binding, good general condition. 2. Mishnat Chassidim, published for the first time with the commentary Maggid Mishna by Rabbi Yosef Moshe son of Rabbi Yekutiel Zalman of Dragishtin-Sambar author of Mirkevet Hamishna on the Rambam. With important approbations from foremost chassidic leaders, the Yitav Lev of Sighet and the Imrei Yosef of Spinka, in which they bless people who buy this book "and in this merit God will bless you with children, longevity and prosperity, an abundance of blessing and success..." Printed in Lemberg 1878. Ownership stamp of the kabbalist Rabbi Mordechai Moshe Karfman of Jerusalem. [9], 91 leaves. Stains and tears at the edges of the leaves, title page is slightly restored, good overall condition. 3. The book Choshev Machshavot, kabbalistic teachings on a range of important topics, with kabbalistic illustrations. Second edition - Munkacs, 1896. [1], 64 leaves, detached binding, a few worming holes, without a spine, good overall condition. On the title page is an ownership signature in Sephardic handwriting, not examined in depth. Ownership stamp of the chassidic kabbalist Rabbi Mordechai Moshe Karfman of Jerusalem. And the signature "G B R" and additional interesting signatures. 4. Mishnat Chassidim, part two - Mafteach Haneshamot. Second edition that was printed with the commentary Maggid Sheni by the commentator himself - Satmar, 1930. With approbations from the kabbalists of Jerusalem. 49 leaves. Erased stamps, slight stains, minimal worming holes, good overall condition. Mishnat Chassidim - the magnum opus of the author the kabbalist Rabbi Emmanuel Hai Rikki (1687 - 1743). An important book of kabbalah that was printed in two editions during the author's lifetime, and subsequently in many editions, and was acclaimed by great rabbis throughout the world. He wrote many other books such as Aderet Eliyahu, Chazeh Zion Tehillim, Hon Ashir and others. The house that the author built in Jerusalem was used by Rabbi Chaim Ben Atar, the Or Hachaim Hakadosh for his yeshiva Knesset Yisrael in Jerusalem.

The following conditions requires every buyer or bidder individual or otherwise, and any purchaser alike as a vow to the agreement to all the above, in this page and so .

"Moreshet Public Sales" (AKA- Moreshet) will display online or in the catalog, the items, along with information about the items, including the catalog number, starting price, etc… Moreshet is not responsible for the accurate detail, and most and foremost on the item itself, it's originality, and of its accuracy of its ownership., the item condition, its accurate description insurance and alike.

It will be upon the buyer to check on their own, or with help of experts of his choice, the condition of the item, its originality, and the buyer will not have complaints of any kind towards "Moreshet" in all that related to the items.

"Moreshet" brokers items that are distributed and displayed by a third party, without being responsible for its detail, and accuracy. Its purpose is to display for the public selling only.

"Moreshet" displays and decides starting prices or final prices according to the details received by product owners, or from their choice, or in accordance to value by experts, or experts from "Moreshet". Note: Price displayed is not in order to display accepted price, weather by starting price, final price, or middle prices.

Prices will be displayed inUSD- unless otherwise noted.

Payments that are payed through ILS will be by final current dollar rate of "Bank of Israel" after the sale or at time of payment, the higher between the two.

Failure of payment will be fined with interest, that is done by Leumi Bank, plus 4% that is close to current dollar rate.

Ways of Payment- a payment that is done by cash or bank transfer will not be charged a tax rate. Payments that will be payed by credit card will be charged tax by the credit card company. (most tax rates of ranging credit cards are between 1%-3%).

It is upon the purchasers to pick up the order within 4 business days from the day of the transaction, and subject to there repayment of actual payment. The purchaser will have the right to request for the item to be delivered by messengers or by post, by price list assigned by Moreshet, where can be determined at any time by Moreshet offices. Note: Moreshet is not recponcible for any damage that may be caused to the items.

Purchaser that will cancel an order, or not pick up the item, will be entitled to pay the amount of the order and any other expense that was caused to Moreshet from the canceled order. That is without to harm the irrevocable rights that exist in Moreshet.

The offer price that is recieved upon the terms of Moreshet (below are "hammer price"), will be the price that is upon the buyer to pay, as soon as tax of Moreshet will be added by 23%+ VAT (The price including tax will be considered the determining price).

The item will turn to be ownership of the buyer after repayment of the determining price.The purchaser must pass on the determining price immediately, and will not postpone later then 4 business days from date of announcement of winner.

Moreshet has the right to display/ bring along buyers who are not interested to join, or with a sales representative. These customers will be asked to fill out till day of sale "Price offer form" that will be displayed online by "Moreshet". Any action related to display will not require Moreshet of any requirements. This section does not obligate Moreshet to bring form fillers of price offer.

Customers who are interested to join the sale by phone can make an appointment beforehand, Moreshet is not required to agree to accept those buyers.

If there are any contradictions between the terms and conditions in hebrew, or translation of the terms and conditions to any other language, the hebrew version will prevail.

Buyer/Bidder that joins or is in contact with Moreshet agrees that he read the conditions and accepts on himself all that is written above, and declares that it was done according to law.
