A FABERGÉ GEM-SET CARVED BOWENITE AND VARI-COLOR GOLD PARASOL HANDLE, WORKMASTER MICHAEL PERCHIN, ST. PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1899-1903 the carved bowenite handle in the shape of a bird's head with a chased gold laurel leaf swag hanging from the collet-set ruby "eye," mounted with a gold band engraved with pellets against a reeded ground within bands of laurel leaf marked with workmaster's initials, K. Fabergé in Cyrillic, and 56 standard height 2 5/8 in. (excluding screw) 6.7 cm
