10-cm enamel dial with Arabic numerals signed Blanc Fils Palais Royale , Breguet hour hand, anchor movement with silk suspended pendulum and countwheel striking on a lacking bell , ormolu case surmounted by a classical lady with compasses and a sphere, the base with applied stars and a relief of cupid looking through a telescope, verde antico plinth raised on engraved turned feet
