The hood with arched cresting and outset reeded columns, crossbanded trunk door and conforming raised plinth panel, the 12 in. wide cut-away brass dial with foliate spandrels to silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring, silvered and engraved centre with subsidiary seconds and date rings, replaced brass hands, the arch signed on a convex disc, E. Billington/LEEDS, the eight day movement with four pillars, anchor escapement and rack strike (now on gong); replaced seatboard -- 85 in. (216 cm.) high; pendulum, two weights, crank key, door key
