by John Parker I & Edward Wakelin, maker's mark rubbed on the tureen, London 1765,
of oval bellied form with gadrooned borders, the domed cover crested, the cover and body with ropetwist handles with scroll leaf junctions, raised on four twisted supports capped with a shaped cartouche with gadrooned scroll border, terminating in a ball foot, engraved with a coat-of-arms, length handle to handle 40cm, weight 92.9oz.
