A German Porcelain Plaque, Otto Wustlich (1819-1886) after Wilhelm von Kaulbach (1805-1874),
depicting a group of Christians from the lower right section of Kaulbach's 1846 painting The Destruction of Jerusalem by Titus, signed O Wustlich Munchen 1855 in the lower center.
Height 23 1/2 x width 18 inches.

Condition Report

Plaque in overall good, stable, complete condition without cracks or repairs. Some minor flaking to the back upper edge. Decoration to front intact with some minor losses to the bottom edge from framing. Also with build-up to left edge. Back dirty. Examination under UV light did not reveal any condition issues. Initialed "P.F." or "P.T." to verso. Frame modern.
