1) The Auction house takes no responsibility for items descriptions or condition, they are bought by the seller at their discretion. 5) The Winning bidder will forfeit ownership of their won items if they are not collected within the specified collection time frame, Ownership of their items will become the property of the auction room and we reserve the right to sell them in the next auction to recoup storage fees. To avoid this please collect your items in the 5 day time frame. That is by the Friday after every Auction.

There are two local Pack and Sends you can obtain quotes from... one is Tweed Heads and the other is Mermaid Beach. For all larger items just email us and we can suggest a number of carriers to assist with interstate or local door to door delivery

If you wish to save 10% on your fees, feel free to call us and leave an absentee with us to bid on your behalf, and you will not get charged Invaluables live bidding fee.
