As a condition to registration and bidding, bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. Bidders agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Bidder agrees if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price including any buyer's premium, plus costs of collection and attorney fees. INSPECTION and Auction Facility LOCATION: All Merchandise may be available for inspection and preview on Saturday prior to auction from 9-12 pm or by appointment at auction warehouse facility. Call (856) 467-4834 for more details.

BUYER PREMIUM: There is a 25% Buyers Premium applied to each lot sold. Total purchase price will be: hammer price, buyer's premium, and applicable taxes.

SALES TAX: No Sales Tax for out of state buyers or New Jersey Tax Exempt buyer. New Jersey exempt buyers must present appropriate tax exemption form(s) to South Jersey Auction before any exemption can be made. New Jersey recipients are required to pay state sales tax of 6.625% unless exempted by law.

PAYMENT: Payment must be received/arranged within three (3) days from auction date. Credit cards may be charged 3 days after auction date. South Jersey Auction accepts Cash, Known Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Wire Transfer (at buyers expense) as payment for items purchased. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder within one (1) business day of the Auction. Due to the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, non-receipt of an 'Email Invoice' does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment if you were a winning bidder. If you have participated in the Auction, you are encouraged to inquire regarding whether or not you were the winning bidder.

Please note that Auctionzip and Invaluable does not share your credit card information that you supply them to activate a bidder paddle with the our auction house.

South Jersey Auction reserves the right to move forward with any and all remedies available to us, including reporting your bad debt to the live Auction provider and/or any other related entities. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the close of the Auction, and the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. By requesting to participate in any Auction, you acknowledge that you are legally bound by South Jersey Auction's terms and conditions herein. Please note that all emails received on a non-auction weekend will be answered on Monday morning.

SHIPPING and PICKUPS: Pick up times are available by appointment, Monday through Friday between 8:30am - 4:00pm. We are not shippers but will be available to help with your arrangements. No items will be released until full payment has been received and validated, and an email release consent received by auction of your chosen shipper.

Buyer pays and is responsible for all related shipping cost, insurance and arrangements. Buyer may request auction house assistance. Auction house is not a shipper. All items must be removed from the premises within five (5) days of the sale. After five (5) days, items remaining in South Jersey Auction's possession may be assessed a minimum storage fee of $5 per day based on size. Item(s) will be deemed abandoned if storage fees are not paid and accumulate to purchase price or after 30 days, whichever happens first. Pick up at 26 Repaupo Station Road, Logan Township, NJ 08085.
