Decently cast. With a medium brown patina to surface overall. General marks, scratches and rubbing to surface, particularly to top of head. With a triangular patched repair to right side of base - well executed.

Notes

Note: Achille Collas began working with Ferdinand Barbedienne on the project of modeling a version of the Antique Roman 'Venus de Milo'. Collas invented a means of mechanically reducing the scale from the original.
