The paintings and sculptures and small art objects will be delivered to the headquarters of Expertisez SAS 75 Boulevard Haussmann Paris 8th. The batches not withdrawn one month after the sale will be transported and stored at the expense and risk of the purchaser TSE furniture repository.


Delivery of purchases:
If the buyer wishes, Expertisez SAS can perform a quote for delivery of the goods acquired to France or abroad. In all cases, transport and insurance relating thereto shall be borne by the purchaser.

CONDITIONS OF SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTIONS

Expertisez SAS, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 12,000 euros, created in 2002, is an operator of voluntary sales by public auction (O.V.V.) governed by the law of 20 July 2011 and registered with the Council for Voluntary Sales of Furniture by Public Auction, under number 068-2015. The registered office is 75 boulevard Haussmann, Paris 8ème.
The auctions organised by Expertisez SAS are relayed on the Internet. The successful tenderer will be the highest bidder and the last successful buyer.

The sale is made in euros even if it is relayed by foreign sites whose currency is different.

The artworks or any work, jewel, watches, wine are presented on the Expertisez.com website where the dates and times of sale are mentioned.
It will also be mentioned the days before the auction when it will be possible to see the works, and this only by appointment.
Purchasers are invited to examine the lots that may be of interest to them before bidding and to check their condition. Since comments, additions or modifications were made before the presentation of the batch, no dispute can be taken into account. Lots preceded by an * are sold by a member of the sales company or the company itself or one of its experts in accordance with Article L 321-5 II of the French Commercial Code. In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 321-17 of the French Commercial Code, the OVV's liability action is time-barred after five years from the date of the valuation or sale by public auction.
Jewellery: Precious and semi-precious stones may have been treated to enhance them. Example: emerald oiling, heat treatment of rubies and sapphires, bleaching of pearls, etc..... These treatments are traditional and accepted on the international jewelry market. Due to the increase in new treatments, stones presented without certificates are sold without any guarantee of possible treatment. It is specified that the origin of the stones and the quality (colour and purity of the diamonds) reflect the opinion of the laboratory issuing the certificate. No claims will be accepted if another laboratory expresses a different opinion and does not engage the responsibility of the sales company and the expert.
Watches: Restorations, modifications, technical characteristics, serial numbers, dimensions, weights are notified to the best of our ability. They are given only as an indication to facilitate the inspection of the potential buyer and remain subject to his personal appreciation. The responsibility of the auctioneer and the expert cannot be called into question in the event of omissions that may remain despite the precautions taken. The absence of an indication does not imply that a watch is free of defects. No warranty is made on the condition of watches and bracelets. Revisions, adjustments and waterproofing remain the responsibility of the purchaser. No claims will be accepted once the award has been made.

Provided that sufficient financial guarantees have been provided before the auction, it will be possible to bid:

- By telephone for direct auctions with a firm purchase order corresponding to the low estimate. Telephone auctions are accepted from 200 euros.

Estimates are provided for information only and are not a guarantee of the final result of the auction.

The buyer receives an invoice and only becomes the owner of the property awarded once the price, commissions and related costs have been paid in full and effectively to Expertisez SAS. As soon as the auction is pronounced, the auctioned items are placed under the full responsibility of the buyer. It will be up to him to insure the lots at his own expense as soon as they are awarded.

Payment must be made immediately after the sale.

In accordance with Article 14 of Law No. 2000-642 of 10 July 2000, in the absence of payment by the successful tenderer, after formal notice has remained unsuccessful, the property shall be put back on sale at the request of the seller at the defaulting tenderer's mad auction; if the seller does not make this request within one month of the auction
