All items are offered "as is where is". Items are used commercial equipment merchandise with usual and customary wear and tear and condition as appropriate to the age of the piece. Please inspect all items at live preview before you bid or have an agent perform that task for you. We will answer questions and describe all items as fairly as possible. Live preview will be on April 15th and 22nd, from 9 am until 3 pm - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY APR 29 by 4 pm.

We accept most major credit cards for payment. Also, we do have a Paypal account. Full payment must be made within 2 days.

We offer all items at live and internet (timed) auction for local pick up. The Auction company does not offer pick up and delivery services but will work with your carrier of choice to get things packed and moved for you. Shipping is at the buyer's expense.

The auction company charges 8% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check. Auctionzip will charge a separate charge of 5% for their services

8.25% Sales Tax will be charged for all Texas residents unless you provide a Texas Resale Tax Exemption Number.
